Hi. I'm Michele and I'm fat and sick of it!

My husband (who will also be posting here) is fat and sick of it, too.

This is our blog.

This is the first day of our lifestyle change.

This is the first day of a year long goal to lose 100 pounds.

Yep... 100 pounds in 365 days, which is well within a safe amount of weight loss per week.

What are we going to write about? Well, I guess we're going to write about what will really suck about this and, of course, what will really ROCK about this. Trials and triumphs and whining and bitching and WINNING to come.
